Job Description

Our Company based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Part Time Credit Controller to work Monday - Friday 25 hours per week 10am - 3pm

£10.00ph - depending on experience

Free Parking

Essential:

  • High academics in Maths and English
  • Ability to work within a pressurised environment

Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels and to liaise with all parties both internal and external

Knowledge of Elite

  • Understanding of the SRA Accounts Rules
  • Legal Accounts Software ("Elite" would be a particular advantage)
  • Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience in dealing with bank account transactions

Knowledge of online banking systems

To assist the Senior Credit Controller with day to day functions and credit control collections. To include:

  • Running daily collections process, being responsible for chasing all outstanding debts between 30 and 40 days old
  • Running daily statement process, making initial client care contact with clients when outstanding invoices turn 15 days old
  • Making contact with clients by telephone and written correspondence, as appropriate to secure 100% collection whenever possible
  • Liaising with the Revenue and Risk Principal and CEO regarding the position of outstanding debts and highlighting any high risk clients/matters
  • Keeping monies expected spreadsheet up to date
  • Maintain a master statement in respect of client data, ensuring all data is accurate

Assisting the Senior Credit Controller or Revenue & Risk Principal with other reasonable tasks on request.
