Personal Assistant to CEO
A challenging, yet exciting opportunity has become available as part of a rapidly growing Civil Engineering company
The PA will ensure all aspects of PA duties are carried out for the CEO, along with operational duties. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest privately owned infrastructure specialist on complex projects across the sectors of water, transport and energy waste
• Providing a confidential PA service to the CEO Complex and extensive diary management, working proactively with forward-planning and a low volume of co-ordinating diaries for the Chief Finance Director and Procurement Director in order to arrange meetings for the CEO
• Prepare monthly board pack within timescales for distribution
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reports as and when requested
• Close working relationship between Senior Management, site teams and HR
• Undertake project work as suggested
• Draft / respond to internal / external correspondence
• Assist in the production of internal and external publication and communications
• Client research in preparation for the CEO meeting
• Arranging travel and hotel accommodation
• Organising corporate entertaining and networking events
Skills and Experience
• The successful PA will have at least 3 years experience supporting 1:1 at CEO level
• Ideally previous PA experience working within the construction, energy utilities sector.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience managing a large workload
• Ability to remain calm in a pressured situation
• Extremely proactive
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to engage with people
 Job Offer
• Salary up to £40,000 DOE
• Working hours 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday
