Operations Support Manager/Data Analyst supports the Sales management team by providing technical support to the Sales Director. The role involves overhaul of a number of key systems, as well as ongoing ownership of a number of key areas, which include a degree of man-management. The role would aspire to develop to sit alongside the Sales managers in terms of seniority and would be given a mandate to enact change.
This role would suit someone with the following:
- Experienced with data analysis.
- Experienced with dialler campaign strategy and management
- Extensive experience in a sales or other target-driven environment preferable
- At least 5 years man-management experience
- At least 2 training experience preferable
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Intelligent and able to take on complex direction
- Word processing and spreadsheet competent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, RELATIONSHIPS AND ROLES
Process overhaul requirement
a) Process and structure overhaul.
Design, creation, implementation and ongoing management of KPI-based training system. This system will centralise KPI measurement, problem identification, training solutions provided, management actions triggered and undertaken and will feature graphical and as well as numerical output.
b) Dialler campaign strategy overhaul.
Analyse current strategies, recommend and implement changes to call frequency and volume, campaign migration, lead conversions, capacity blockages and priorities thereby supporting policy in recruitment, staff allocation and growth strategy.
c) 121 appraisal system
Consultation, design, implementation and ongoing management of 121 appraisal system.
d) Buzz meeting overhaul
Consultation and analysis of buzz meeting structure, content and audit. Recommend changes and support the sales management team to enact the changes.
e) Data analysis to support dialling strategies, IT tickets (implementation verification), workloads, and lead viability.
f) Generalist management support for the Sales managers.
g) Contingency work (firefighting)
h) The role is expected to provoke change through personal investigation and recommendation. The ambitious growth plans of the organisation will create an environment of rapid change that will need managing.
