Job Description

Our Client is a leading independent, award winning contract caterer.  They are renoned for their exemplary service and remarkable catering standards.  Due to the continuous success of the company FOUR new Operations Manager positions have become available.

Each individual Ops Mangers will be responsible for a circa of twelve sites within the B&I sector which is why previous experience at this level is paramount.

Duties and Attributes:

Essential: Direct experience of working in the Contract Catering industry at group or operations level.

Day to day management of contracts - There is a dedicated support teams to assist in food innovation HR and purchasing.

To take some high performing contracts to the next level and equally identify and support those that are not yet where they need to be.

Develop a consistent approach to management systems and develop creative and innovative offers for profitable growth.

Personal drive and determination to succeed. Become and ambassador for your team motivate and inspire.


Experienced in area management within contract catering or closely allied hospitality field.

Managing 10 -20 difference contracts

Ability to confidently negotiate and sell to potential clients.
