SALARY: £45,000.00 PA plus benefits.
Our client is looking for an Operations Manager who will have had experience of managing over 100 full time employees in a contact centre environment, preferably with a background in the automotive industry.
The purpose of the role is to develop, lead and manage an effective and profitable operational service within the financial services sector, specifically within the automotive field. The Operations Manager will have an in depth understanding of working within the financial services sector.
Reporting into the Account Delivery Manager, you will have overall responsibility of the operation through ensuring all targets are achieved/exceeded. You will maintain client relationships, identifying client requirements, objectives and goals. Internally, you will monitor targets, service volumes and SLA’s to improve performance where necessary, conduct team briefings and identify and resolve any issues affecting service levels.
