Office Manager/PA
Wigston Leicester • 18th Month Contract • Full time • up to £25,000
Arden Personnel are recruiting for an Office Manager/PA. This role is varied and includes some finance work
Office Manager Day to day duties are:
We are looking for someone to predominantly cover all the non-finance work, but ideally with some finance experience, this includes perhaps a strong PA background, picking up project work for the MD, travel arrangements - hotels, flights, car hire; purchase of equipment, refurbishment of building as required for example you would manage projects from sourcing supplier to completion of the work – another recent project is a refurbishment of the toilets in one of the buildings, etc). You will also conduct all on site inductions for new staff after you have completed training.
You will also complete the month-end finances, payroll, however the accounts assistant will do most of this work, it would be useful to have experience in finance so you can work alongside the finance assistant
The Successful Office Manager/PA must have the following skills/experience
- Previous PA experience
- Experience in accounts & Finance
- Available to start within 1 weeks’ notice and commit to the full 18 months
- A confident person who can manager workload on their own without supervision.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous experience prioritising workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
