Position: New Homes Consultant
Location: Oxford (OX2)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00), with up to 12 Saturdays per year

As New Homes Consultant, you will be the key link between the Sales and Marketing departments of the company. This will involve reviewing planning applications, researching New Homes developments, and identifying potential new business opportunities for the company. After sourcing New Home developers, you will be required to contact them via telephone and in person in order to establish relationships with them with the view to selling their New Homes.
Upon securing new business, you will be required to work really closely with the Marketing team, supporting them with creating the brochures and floor plans required to sell the New Homes developments. This will require thorough research into not only the developers but also the local area. Additionally, you will also be required to liaise with Branch Managers across Oxfordshire, informing them and updating them on the New Home developments that you are working with.
This is a really unique opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and skill set in all areas of estate agency. As such, the successful New Homes Consultant will be intelligent, ambitious and intuitive, thus able to quickly learn and assume responsibility for all aspects of the role.
