To proactively generate new customers for the Media Supplies Team through the existing customer base and net new customers in addition.
To achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets set out by management and to achieve a minimum overall % profit margin target.
- Develop new relationships via telephone to establish new revenue streams and promote the Media Supplies team.
- Be responsible for achieving sales revenue and gross margin targets within an assigned area defined geographically
- Manage and monitor customer performance to ensure proposed levels of opportunities and new business are maintained and increased along with divisional target, advising Management of fluctuations in sales and competitor activity
- To meet divisional and team KPI's - number of calls, length of time and opportunities created and conversion
- Develop and manage customer information and comply with activity and opportunity creation
- Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunity and maintain a high conversion win rate
- Be responsible for all new business won accounts for their first trading quarter and develop and grow wallet share
- Liaise with inside sales team on a day to day basis
- Work cohesively with inside sales person to ensure smooth transition of accounts to inside sales management
