Our client is looking for an articulate candidate to join their Customer Service team who specifically take care of the Network and Training aspect of photocopier installations.
The client have been a leading name in their field for over 20 years and they are completely committed to customer service and bringing customers quality ensuring their service offering is outstanding.
This is a field based role and the successful candidate will be visiting customer's premises on a daily basis so a full clean driving license is a vital. Experience of Ricoh, Sharp, Lexmark, Toshiba and HP printers or a combination of is a necessity.
- To demonstrate products to customers / potential customers, pre-sale in a confident and articulate manner.
- Install, network and train on a range of MFP's, post-sale at the customers premises.
- Install and demonstrate management software such as Callisto Onestop, Papercut etc.
- Responsible for liaison with customers regarding additional training requirements.
The main ain of a Network and Training Specialist is to leave every client fully trained and maximising the benefits the new piece of equiptment will bring their organisation. This role will suit an experience Photocopier Engineer who enjoys customer interaction and trainng / demonstrating the product.
