You'll be on a rota for to help cover 24x7 support.
You'll enjoy building relationships with those clients, working with them to perform software and hardware upgrades, monitoring and maintaining systems and undertake projects.
And your employer is supportive, providing you with training updates and ensuring you're still an inclusive part of the business despite your remote working. They are globally respected brand that you will feel confident and proud to represent. And in return they will look after you too.
As well as your salary, you'll be given a company car, earn a 10% performance bonus, a contributable pension (you 3%, the employer 6%), private medical cover, life assurance and holiday of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays. Since you'll be working from home, you dictate which brand of coffee you drink and the temperature of your office.
