Our client, a leading Healthcare Group with luxury, high specification nursing homes throughout Hampshire and Dorset is looking to recruit a Matron/Manager for their beautiful 48 bedded nursing home in the heart of the New Forest in Hampshire. 

The successful applicant will be clinically qualified (Registered Nurse RGN) with a current NMC PIN and ideally hold RMA.

You will be a dynamic and pro active individual, able to effectively lead and manage the home on a day to day basis.   
You will also have in-depth dementia care experience.  

You will ensure delivery of best clinical practice within the home and ensure achievement of our client’s standards of care at all times.   You will also have in-depth knowledge of all relevant current legislation, particularly CQC and Care Standards Act 2000.  

You will operate the home within agreed staffing levels, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the residents at all times.  

This role will also include staff leadership and development and you will be working closely with the Director of Care Services to ensure compliance of quality standards and marketing the home.

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your management skills, whilst maintaining a hands-on, pro active approach to the role. 

Must be a driver.

This role is based in the New Forest and such is commutable from Bournemouth, Southampton, Winchester, Salisbury & Portsmouth
