Marketing Administrator

Solihull • Permanent • Full time • up to £25,000 per annum

Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Marketing Administrator for our client based in Shirley, Solihull. This role would suit a recent business/marketing graduate, with some admin/marketing experience.

Day to day duties are as follows:

• Writing questions for surveys
• Booking venues and locations for qualitative research 
• Preparing fieldwork packs and itineraries
• Liaising directly with clients 
• Setting up and managing projects 
• Liaising with finance to ensure the provision of finances
• Preparation and production of events
• Minute taking
• General admin

The Successful Marketing Administrator must have the following skills/experience

• General experience of project management and administrative processes
• Experience of marketing 
• Good numeracy skills
• Able to schedule multiple diaries efficiently and provide regular updates in an ever-changing environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• A willingness to edit audio and video (via Adobe Premier). No specific experience necessary but an openness to learn this ‘on the job’ 
• Excited about a career in marketing
• A big appetite for learning
• Should have a can-do approach, a bright and lively personality and be a natural problem solver
