What we are looking for:
Good Sales skills
Excellent telephone manner
Energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do’ attitude
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work in a high pressure, target driven environment
Full driving license and own car
Estate Agency experience is a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate
Responsibilities will include:
Handling calls and email enquiries
Taking On Lettings Properties
Managing small team
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Canvassing / Prospecting
Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
Developing client relationships
