Essential skills – Experience within a telephone base lead generation/telesales environment.
To find and develop new business, from own developed leads and from the Group’s Lead Source Generator (currently Glennigans), which will involve both cold calling and following up on opportunities so that they can be qualified and passed to the Division and Sales Executive responsible.
It will also encompass the responsibility for maintain and developing certain established opportunities/customers.
Make and follow up cold calls identified from our historical data base or from the Lead Generation Source that is currently being used by the Company.
This is for the four divisions, @Work, Intuition, Interiors and the new company to be formed in London.
Develop a strategy to provide the Divisions with more exposure in the market in consultation with the individual divisional executives and under the direct supervision of Alex Ward.
To action the agreed strategies as agreed above.
Follow up leads / opportunities / relationships with certain identified prospect companies as directed
Conversion & Follow Up
To carry out BDM functions in addition to the above as directed by the Group Board.
Maintain and discuss with the various divisions the pipeline and status of all current opportunities and keep a record of all calls made and leads followed up
