Position: International Sales Manager
Location: Abingdon (OX13) – with occasional international travel
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + uncapped OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

Our client is an established and successful retailer in the vaping/retail sector who are looking to recruit an experienced International Sales Manager.
The successful applicant will have the drive and passion to effectively sell the company’s unique and high-quality vape products to retailers and distributors. You must be determined to exceed your sales targets and to help the business to further break into the international market.
As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for researching potential retail and distribution clients across Europe and further afield. This will entail reaching out to the potential clients via social media, telephone calls and emails with the intention of building long-lasting business relationships which may involve travelling to the country where they trade. As such, the successful candidate must have exceptional and professional customer service skills with the ability to build a rapport with really valuable clients, both over the phone and in person.
Additionally, the successful candidate will require a strong working knowledge of how best to market and promote the brand via social media activity, especially utilising the presence of LinkedIn.

- Experience of successfully selling to retailers and distributors, both winning new business and managing accounts
- Experience of managing a team of salespeople or obtaining sole responsibility for generating new business within a company
- Willing to partake in international travel
- The drive and ambition to exceed your sales targets and drive the success of the company forward
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with valuable international clients
- Sociable with a corporate attitude to business
- Thrives for a high level of job satisfaction
- A good working knowledge of social media marketing
- The ability to speak multiple languages is preferable but not essential
