Local IT provider seeks IT sector experienced administrator to join a rapidly expanding team ASAP !! Salary up to 23k and a real growth plan on offer for the right candidate - a wonderful opportunity to join an established, highly regarded company and gain exposure to every element of the sales cycle.  Fantastic benefits to include 22 days annual leave, free parking and healthcare package

 

As an Internal Sales Support, you will:

* Manage all run rate supply chain business under the contracts and opportunities won by the account managers

* Manage the procurement process through traditional quote and order

* Be the main point of focus for customers when the account managers are on the road

* Proactively engage with your customer base

* Liaise with partners, vendors and suppliers to make sure all elements of the sales cycle run smoothly and effectively

* Support external opportunities with building pipeline and forecasting

 

In order to be successful, you will be:

* Experienced in the IT sector and in a similar supportive role currently

* Highly organised with the ability to manage changing priorities, workloads and meet deadlines

* Provide excellent customer service and have fabulous communication skills

* Pride yourself on your attention to detail and accuracy

* Be enthusiastic and upbeat, a very strong team player who is very self-motivated

* Have the ability to work alone and under minimal instruction

* Experience of SAP is highly desirable as is an experience of working with vendors and distributors

* The experience of identifying and establishing new business relationships is also very desirable as is a knowledge of the sales order cycle

* Any exposure to Government customers would be advantageous
