If so, I am looking for a driven and dynamic individual who will led a busy and successful Internal Sales Team. The successful induvial will be responsible for encouraging the already ambitious drive and desire to achieve and exceed company set targets.
In addition to leading the team you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Accurately forecasting and reporting activity and performance
- Manage all reporting
- Set individual and team targets
- Coaching and develop the team
- Promote excellent customer service in a quality driven environment
Due to the nature of this position it is essential you have led a similar target driven sales team. You will have proven evidence of your significant achievements throughout your career to date.
