Job Description

Fixed line planning and civils installation manager brief scope:

  • Manage all elements of the planning survey including client instruction, PO and finances, planning design approval and invoicing. Liaising with project support co-ordinator to ensure visit arrangements are successfully arranged with the landlord  
  • Prepare and agree Bill of Quants with the client and obtain relevant PO
  • Appoint sub contractor civils company to undertake the fixed line installation
  • Manage all aspects of the client liaison
  • Manage all aspect of the on site installation liaising with our HSQE manager as appropriate
  • Ensure that any cost variations are captured with the client and approval gained.
  • Visit site to ensure that installation activities are happening in line with client expectations
  • Ensure client audit is passed
  • Prepare and issue relevant handover pack and ensure that this is accepted
