SALARY: £19,000.00 PA.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to work as part of the HR team who will act as first line support on a broad range of HR issues and queries. The HR Officer will work closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Shared Service Team Lead and Senior Operations Manager to design, develop and implement HR initiatives and improvement measures.
As the HR Officer you will need:
• Strong business focus and commitment to customer service excellence
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with management
• Ability to build relationships and deal confidently with all internal customers and external service providers
Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience
• Third level qualification in HR related area
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as Senior HR Administrator/Generalist/Officer within a busy operational environment
• Clear understanding of UK legislation surrounding all HR activities
• Experience of supporting in discipline and grievance matters
For this role a CIPD qualification and strong HR reporting skills would be advantageous.
