Job Description

This is an awesome newly created role, supporting the HR Director of a business who have continued to evolve and grow for over 50 years. 

The role will see you lead the delivery of a business focussed HR service. Developing and implementing a range of HR policies, initiatives and projects. 


Duties & Responsibilities
● Lead Employee Relations matters and employee engagement across the Group.
● Deliver pragmatic, high quality and proactive case management on all Employee Relations matters.
● Provide pragmatic solutions whilst considering the wider impact inc. employment law and other associated risks.
● Ensure legal compliance to promote consistency, equality and fairness.
● Strategic involvement including responsibility for driving our Learning and Development vision.
● Provide coaching to Managers to upskill and support them as required.
● Advise on Home Office visa requirements.
● Maintain a robust reward and recognition strategy.
● Develop, design and deliver an internal communications strategy that drives business results.
● Influence and coach senior leaders demonstrating the value that internal communications can bring.
● Rejuvenate, refresh and re-establish the Group’s approach to its brand, vision and values, ensuring an integrated approach to internal and external communications activities.
● Support the Group HR Director to enhance diversity within the Group.
● Manage annual salary review process.
● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
● Manage relevant HR data as required by the Group HR Director.
● Produce summary of all new legislation to the Group HR Director.
● Annual review and update as required for all HR policies and procedures.
● Reinforce the ownership of people management by line managers to support the HR delivery model.

You'll have at least 5 years experience of working within a fast paced, multi-site HR team and have in depth knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and Employee Relations.
