HR Business Partner for R&D, CTS, Finance, Quality departments across EMEAI.
- Business partner with agreed areas of the business that span over the UK, Dubai, Germany and Russia; providing advice and guidance and driving HR initiatives in support of the business strategy.
- Maintain good organisational awareness to drive and support talent management within the business partnering areas.
- Ensure local employment laws are adhered to and implement appropriate employee relation processes
- Provide full recruitment service to the business areas for all vacancies.
- Lead/participate in HR related projects as required.
- Ensure all activities performed are compliant with ISO 9001, Sarbanes Oxley and all applicable legislation.
Graduate member of the CIPD with sufficient relevant HR experience to operate effectively.
