Job Description

You will be part of a Global HR Team that focus on retaining, acquiring and developing talents. Supporting managers in creating engaged and passionate employees that uses all their expertise in developing great products and services in a competitive business and support the leaders to enable and invite talents to participate in the business.

Duties include:
- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers
- Create and effective HR Strategy
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
- Responsible for managing recruitment process
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Analyses trends and metrics in collaboration with other HR team members to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Responsible to follow up termination process for employees who resign
- Carries out Exit Interviews and compile reports with respective feedback
- Provides support and coaching to team members when required
- Ensure that around the world transfer of staff runs smoothly
- Deliver bonus payment performance management
- Responsible to manage and follow up specific projects within the HR Department
- Maintains employee information and HR data
- Run HR projects as requested

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Fluent in English and have the ability to understand a multi-cultural business model
- Positive attitude
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HRD role - (Egaming knowledge would be considered as an asset)
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, leadership, labour law, employer branding and organisational development
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Project management
- Multi-tasking and able to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadline
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment
- Leadership skills
- Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or other relevant field
