HR Advisor - £27-30k

Are you an experienced HR Advisor? Are you looking for a new and exciting role, within a forward-thinking company?

We are recruiting an HR Advisor for our well-established client based in Cirencester.

The role will involve day to day HR - the successful HR Advisor will, as well as performing day to day duties, be acting as an intermediary between other business departments and the HR team. You will be acting as the first point of contact for line managers throughout the company.

HR Advisor responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Conducting job evaluations
Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff
Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics
Advising on staff development
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management
Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements

The role will be based in our client's office in Cirencester, however, you will also look after areas such as Woking, Wales, Nordics and Benelux.

This position will start as maternity cover (approximately one year), however, it is highly likely to become a permanent position.

Own transport highly desirable due to our client's location.
