We have a vacancy for a Head of Enterprise Sales for our client, an 80 person Digital Marketing Agency in Milton Keynes. The person will be selling consumer lifestyle data and analytics to Marketing Departments in large Corporates (predominantly retail, FS would be useful, other verticals considered). The data they provide is so accurate that many of their clients have made a return to email marketing as my client’s data is enabling them to target the right people at the right time with resulting high volumes of purchases being made by consumers.
This is a 100% new business hunter role with no account management. Individual Contributor role reporting into the COO, can grow into man management role for right person. Up until now the selling has been done by the CEO, so the Head of Enterprise Sales has the opportunity to put the sales process in place and deliver against it.
The person will understand how Marketers use the data and which systems the data will go into i.e they will be digital marketing savvy.
They will also manage a virtual team for the pilot phase (e.g analysts, data product team) and hand over to account management once the project is fully signed off and rolls out into production.
They will need to be versed in solution selling and comfortable doing their own lead generation. There is an inbound marketing function planned to assist them.
Annual target is likely to be in region of £1m to £1.5m. Base salary on offer is up to £70,000 with 100% OTC which is uncapped, plus benefits. Candidates will need to have solid work history.
