Starting salary: £30,000 - £33,000

A well established, award winning country hotel set in southern Snowdonia. The hotel has around 30 seats in the restaurant and caters for functions up to 50 guests.
They are looking for a new senior management member, having the vision, passion and drive to continue their Rosette journey and to achieve exceptional standards within budget.
• Previous experience in a Head Chef role or as a Senior Sous Chef
• Have a passion for serving high quality cuisine
• Are committed and loyal
• Are ambitious and looking to develop yourself and your career
• Due to location must have own transport
• Working hours will be 40 to 45 hours per week spread over 5 days.
• Mainly split shifts working 10am to 2.30 pm and 6pm to 10pm but at times straight shifts will be on offer.
