Due to the expansion we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the marketing team, You'll have a strong portfolio of visually striking work, you'll be used to playing a big part in the design of the layout and visual assets, not just the build.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Keen attention to detail
Excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills
Generally tech savvy and IT literate
Experienced designer with a portfolio that reflects skills and experience
Proficiency with Adobe CS (at least Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
Experience with Brand development
Experience in Web and Print design and a knowledge of UX
CMS experience (Drupal would be great) and willingness to learn
Completing and adhering to design briefs for digital and print collateral including email, social channels and websites
Working with the Marketing Team to create new materials that help expand the brand, and support email campaigns
Liaising with external agencies
Delivering new opportunities to key stakeholders in the business
Working with key stakeholders to create internal graphics to support work in their departments
Reviewing and designing websites and landing pages as per business needs.
Thinking Creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing designs;
Using Innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to managers/stakeholders.
Meeting relevant legal requirements;
Designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client;
Proof reading content and grammar and making changes where necessary;
Editing content and re-designing web pages;
Liaising with outside agencies;
Continual professional development to keep up to date with new opportunities and techniques
