A once in a life time opportunity for a Training and Culture expert to join a high growth entrepreneurial business based in sub Saharan Africa and India. As the Training and Culture Lead you will design recruitment and assessment procedures to be used in all operating countries that are simple, effective and scalable.
The next stage is the design of on-going professional development initiatives. The Training and Culture Lead will bring the ability to inspire, innovate and constantly iterate methods and processes.
The Training and Culture Lead will design on-going professional development training through in-person classes, workshops, online tutorials, readings, videos, and other new media. This is to ensure the client group continue to develop and practice best in class retail management techniques within the organisation, drive efficiencies, inspire their teams and community, and maximize their revenue.
The Training and Culture Lead will bring a commercially minded and business approach to the development of this function in a matrix environment
The Training and Culture Lead will have a back ground in a fast paced consumer facing, metric driven sales organization. Ideally with some experience in human-centred design.
The Training and Culture Lead will have experience of recruiting and training within a retail chain and have man management experience leading a team within a matrix culture.
This role will be based in one of the operating countries either Kenya, India or Nigeria.
