Job Description

 

Salary and Benefits

£20,000 – £23,000k + £50 per lead (OTE £30k) + healthcare + statutory pension + 20 days holidays + bank holidays

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch

Job Spec

  • Contacting international business’s on behalf of global clients
  • Understanding and establishing the needs of each client
  • Providing a consultative approach
  • Representing the clients to ensure continued business relations
  • Ability to adapt approach to all levels of management
  • Introduction of a variety of technical products and services
  • Providing quality leads for clients 
  • Warm and Cold calls – new, dormant and existing clients from their strong portfolio
  • Listen and establish needs of client and their target market, results they expect
  • Closely monitoring several campaigns, sales cycle tracking, and regularly reporting back to clients through phone and email etc. giving any objections/feedback they come across from targets, following up on any further actions.
  • Various campaigns including marketing assistance, creating and designing these ensuring a strong Return on Investment - ROI
  • Recognise opportunities for upselling, cross selling and linking clients
  • Data profiling and cleansing for clients, ensuring their database is relevant and valuable
  • Leads must be fully qualified BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timescale), date and time arranged for a next step for our clients.
  • Must generate 16 quality leads per month as it is quality not quantity
    • Appointments for sales reps
    • Bookings for events/exhibitions – supporting pre and post event
    • Marketing – Helping to develop campaigns to target audience
    • Presentation meetings
    • Face to face introductions
  • Role offers potential progression to team leader and they are open to ideas for changes

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in German
  • Excellent written communication in English
  • Experience of customer service or sales roles
