Food & Beverage Manager
Staff Recruitment Angels are looking for a dynamic, experienced and skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop the team, for our client, a small high-end hotel group. This site boasts a 3 Rosette restaurant, Wedding Venue and Business Suite.
You will be required to:
Have experience of working at 3 rosette level with matching service.
Oversee the smooth running of all F&B inc Weddings, Restaurant service and Afternoon Tea
Ensuring that the guests are given the best service possible in a friendly and attentive manner. For Have had experience working in an energetic and vibrant establishment.
Will be required to undertake stock control and rotation, staff rotas, GP and budgets.
Staff and customer management.
