Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join an exceptional team of people with a remarkable passion to make a difference

As a Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and responsible for the day to day running of the business finances including: Financial Reporting, preparation of monthly accounts and financial board packs. Management of all budgeting and forecasting, monitoring of cash flow and cash management processes. Also to build relationships with key internal business partners.

This is does not have any direct reports however you will have access to the team around you.  The ability to build strong working relationships, influence others and strong negotiation skills are key as is the ability to challenge non financial departments supporting the drive to increase revenues and profibility in line with KPI reports adn strategic targets.

Profile
The successful candidate will be passionate about management accountancy and want to remain involved in the construction of numbers in addition to the strategic elements that the finance manager responsibilities bring. This is 35% of the role so it is an essential element.

•Have recent knowledge of working in a Finance Manager/Management Accounts role
•Have ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification
•Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Highly proficient in MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.
•Ability to be strategic in their preparation and planning whilst active in their ability to ‘get the job done’.
•Can work under pressure and is used to managing a workload with tight deadlines.
•Accountable to the delivery of the highest quality of service to the business.
•Have the ability to work autonomously and be adaptable to change
•Have the ability to influence and work along side key business stakeholders
•Agile minded with the ability to be flexible with how you work.
