Job Description

A Certified Qualified Accountant leading the Finance department in the preparation of financial information for the global multi-jurisdictional group companies in a dynamic and fast pace business environment.

Scope of work

  • Analyse and manage financial information (including but not limited to statutory accounts/reports, management accounts, business forecasts, rolling budgets, annual year end accruals)
  • Prepare full set of accounts (i.e balance sheet, statement of income, cash flow statements, trial balance...etc.)
  • Formulate and execute accounting and finance policies as well as reporting and monitoring procedures and formats
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Prepare inter-company billings
  • Preview work prepared by the finance department
  • Budget, financial and performance modelling
  • Access control for accounting software and online banking transactions
  • Process report ledger to relevant departments
  • Initiate and work on strategic and special projects
  • Train and guide finance staff to ensure their continual personal and professional


  • Consolidation of group accounts
  • Process payments and reimbursements
  • Monitor cash/fund requirement
  • Work with multi-jurisdictional  departments within the group


  • CA professionally qualified
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Full set of accounts and consolidation experience is critical
  • Possess strong IT skills (especially in Microsoft Excel)
  • Able to cope in a dynamic and fast pace business environment
  • Proven strong people management skills
  • Deliver work within challenging deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (including cross-border and remote communication skills)
