Position: Export Sales Manager
Location: Carterton (OX18)
Salary: £40,000 (+ Bonus)
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)

An online retailer and wholesaler of contemporary lighting and timeless furniture for home and garden are recruiting an Export Sales Manager to join their team. Joining their first recruit; Mel (Sales Manager) who is accountable for winning and managing their most lucrative accounts, alongside Jess and Charlotte who have both been with the business for 18 months, you will provide a key role in the management and direction of the sales team.
With an average 20% year-on-year growth, these guys place huge emphasis on employer/employee relations. Culturally, this business has a family oriented feel and any prospective new recruit must buy into this from day one (being successful too always helps!).
Combining sales and management duties, as Export Sales Manager you will take ownership of three staff whilst tackling international resellers and high-end retailers like John Lewis in Germany, France, Italy, USA and more.
Taking ownership of internal sales will empower this independent to take the next step in their quest to monetise existing clients overseas whilst developing their reach in favour of new accounts. In order to be successful you must have experience and knowledge of import and export legislation, have a sound comprehension of different markets and taxation laws and a detailed understanding budgets, reporting, margins and brand.
