Event Technology Project Manager
circa £35K plus benefits
Central London

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant Events organisation their Events cover the world and they are all in the Luxury B2B Market, with further expansion planned this is a wonderful time to join them. You will need to highly organised and able to come up with creating innovative tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technology development
· Project management and overseeing new developments from spec’ing through to time estimation and planning, building, testing, delivery and training
· Generating and developing new ideas for development to drive our solutions forward
· Liaising with developers and partners on current and future projects
· Reviewing and implementing team and development processes
· Keep up to date with relevant advances in event technology
· Providing onsite support to clients and team
Technology team management
· Responsible for the quality of clients’ meetings and content published and printed in and around Forum Hub.
· Managing two Event Tech Executives to ensure smooth running of event lifecycle, meeting deadlines and producing accurate content that meets brand standards.
· Training for release of new functionalities.
 
Skills required
· Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA, Office Suite
· Good working knowledge digital content management (HTML, CSS)
· Understanding of UX and creating wireframes
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Basic math skills
Aptitudes/abilities
· Attention to detail, communication, numeracy and accuracy skills
· Solutions orientated individual
· Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise projects and work to tight deadlines
· Ability to work using own initiative essential, as well as being part of a growing team
· Ability to follow set processes and procedures
