Are you an experienced payroll and benefits professional? Are you available for a 6-12 month fixed term contract?
Working for a medium sized corporate on the outskirts of Chertsey, this role will be taking ownership of the payroll and benefits processes, procedures and policies ensuring the accurate and timely running of two monthly and one expat payrolls through the outsourced provider. Alongside the payroll, you will also be responsible for managing and administering the employee benefits.
You must have significant experience of payroll and benefits in a similar organisation with a solid understanding of related concepts, issues, techniques and procedures. To be successful, you must be diplomatic and discreet with confidential information and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must have exceptional attention to detail and be highly organised. Good knowledge of MS Office and ADP Freedom is essential along with a payroll qualification.
