Job Description

Job Role
 Implementation of Customer solutions based upon Dynamics CRM

Job Tasks
 Capture of Customer requirements and scope
 Assistance in solution design & solution to application mapping
 Installation of Dynamics CRM on premise or CRM Online deployment to suit the solution requirements
 Customer facing consultancy and advice during the implementation process
 Customisation and configuration of the CRM application to meet the requirements including:
o Creation of new entities and relationships
o Design of suitably efficient forms
o Deployment of business rules, calculated fields, etc.
o Writing of On Event JavaScript where necessary to support the requirement
 Customer familiarisation training (train the trainer)
 Data Import
 Testing of the solution / requirement match

Place of Work
 ISC Office, St Ives, Cambridgeshire (main place of work)
 Customer premises as required
 Work from Home (by prior arrangement with line manager)

Hours of Work
 9.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday excluding English Public Holidays
 May be asked on occasion to work outside these hours

o Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 - MB2-701
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Deployment - MB2-702
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Customization and Configuration - MB2-703
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application - MB2-704
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Deployment - MB2-706
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration - MB2-707
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM Installation - MB2-708
 Full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent)

Minimum Experience in Dynamics CRM
 3 years

Experience in Dynamics CRM Versions
 MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 (preferred)
 MS Dynamics CRM 2011 (preferred)
 MS Dynamics CRM 2013 (required)
 MS Dynamics CRM 2015 (preferred)
 MS Dynamics CRM Online (preferred)

Required Skills
 Customer interaction skills
 MS Dynamics CRM implementation skills (as per job tasks above)
 JavaScript in CRM context
 Ability to work effectively in a small project based functional team
