Digital Producer – global business, brand and category market leader
£32,000 - £38,000 (negotiable based on experience), plus benefits
Digital Producer Accountabilities:
Website management and optimisation:
- Manage our CMS & database systems to support website changes
- Review user experience / UX across the site, implementing quick changes and presenting long term improvement
- Work with third party marketing managers, as our primary digital point of contact for our 50+ global third party markets
- Measure performance of improvements through A/B testing
Digital Marketing:
- Work with the ecommerce and marketing team to develop digital and promotional campaigns
- Administer Google Analytic profiles and generate ad-hoc reports as required
Digital Rollouts:
- Work with the Digital Project Manager to deliver detailed digital rollout plans for brand subsidiaries and third party businesses
- Act as the central testing lead, ensuring required standards are met
- Maintain day-to-day contact with supporting agencies and external partners
- Support post rollout with any technical issues or website development required
You will have:
- Experience within a Digital based role, either agency or in-house
- Previous Front-end web development experience including HTML, CSS, XML and web editing software e.g. Dreamweaver
- Design experience and working knowledge of Adobe design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience in A/B testing and website analytics
- Online/digital project management experience including taking new websites from concept to launch
- Experience using web Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM databases
- Ability to make decisions, act independently to ensure the business objectives are met
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with agencies and international stakeholders desirable
Remuneration:
Starting salary of circa £32,000 - £38,000 (negotiable based on experience) + benefits including: pension, life insurance, health insurance (post qualifying period), 25 days annual leave (+ 8 bank and statutory)
