Job Description

Digital Producer – global business, brand and category market leader

£32,000 - £38,000 (negotiable based on experience), plus benefits

Digital Producer Accountabilities:

Website management and optimisation:

  • Manage our CMS & database systems to support website changes
  • Review user experience / UX across the site, implementing quick changes and presenting long term improvement
  • Work with third party marketing managers, as our primary digital point of contact for our 50+ global third party markets
  • Measure performance of improvements through A/B testing

Digital Marketing:

  • Work with the ecommerce and marketing team to develop digital and promotional campaigns
  • Administer Google Analytic profiles and generate ad-hoc reports as required

Digital Rollouts:

  • Work with the Digital Project Manager to deliver detailed digital rollout plans for brand subsidiaries and third party businesses
  • Act as the central testing lead, ensuring required standards are met
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with supporting agencies and external partners
  • Support post rollout with any technical issues or website development required

You will have:

  • Experience within a Digital based role, either agency or in-house
  • Previous Front-end web development experience including HTML, CSS, XML and web editing software e.g. Dreamweaver
  • Design experience and working knowledge of Adobe design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Experience in A/B testing and website analytics
  • Online/digital project management experience including taking new websites from concept to launch 
  • Experience using web Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM databases
  • Ability to make decisions, act independently to ensure the business objectives are met
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail
  • Experience in dealing with agencies and international stakeholders desirable


Starting salary of circa £32,000 - £38,000 (negotiable based on experience) + benefits including: pension, life insurance, health insurance (post qualifying period), 25 days annual leave (+ 8 bank and statutory)
