The core focus of the role is to offer remote access support to a variety of SMEs across the country.
The role is therefore predominantly telephone based, but as there are no fixed positions within the Service Desk team, it offers a good mix of first and second line duties. There are opportunities to experience other hands on projects too, including client site work and equipment reconditioning.
As well as supporting existing clients, there’ll also be a requirement to design and cost product and service solutions for new customers.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems from within a Managed Service Provider is essential, along with a good grasp of IP networking and associated technology.
The ideal candidate will have supported SMEs within the professional services industry and will take pride in offering exceptional service.
