Our client has various central and outskirts of London sites where they are looking for Deskside Support Specialists. These are permanent opportunities within corporate companies across the region .
You will provide on-site and remote support to a fast moving business in providing troubleshooting and solutions.
Salary £24-£30k
Job role:
• Customer Face to Face deskside support
• Remote deskside support
• EUC and smart hands support
• Laptop\desktop builds
• Customer training\education
• Documentation
• Good Analytic/Troubleshooting Skills
• Ticket management
• Hardware support
• Audio Visual conference room support
• VDI (Virtual machine) support
• Testing of new systems
• Software deployment and local Manual installations
• Project work
Skills and experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
• Corporate windows environment (Min 3 years)
• MS Office\Outlook\Exchange experience
• Active Directory exposure
• Good understanding of printers\MFP devices
• Networking fundamentals
• Good Communication Skills Verbal and Written
• Good at working under pressure
