My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their FMCG business based on the Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire border for a 12 month contract.
- Taking orders over the telephone.
- Full responsibility of processing orders.
- Speaking to existing and new customers.
- Monitor Customer Service level and communicate both internally and externally
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience within a Customer Service environment is essential
- Ideally worked within an FMCG Customer Service team before but experience of manufacturing is essential (not call centre experience I’m afraid!)
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Must have exceptional numeracy skills as well as be computer literate
- Must have tenacity, confidence, enthusiasm and a sense of humour!
- A strong communicator at all levels
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
