Job Description

My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their FMCG business based on the Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire border for a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders over the telephone.
  • Full responsibility of processing orders.
  • Speaking to existing and new customers.
  • Monitor Customer Service level and communicate both internally and externally

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience within a Customer Service environment is essential
  • Ideally worked within an FMCG Customer Service team before but experience of manufacturing is essential (not call centre experience I’m afraid!)
  • Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Must have exceptional numeracy skills as well as be computer literate
  • Must have tenacity, confidence, enthusiasm and a sense of humour!
  • A strong communicator at all levels

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
