As an Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you will be working for a well-established company just outside Kenilworth on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be, answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner whilst dealing with administration related to the B2B or B2C order processing. You will also be working closely with the director with any general sales or office support.
There will be elements of filing and emailing clients and customers. You will also be assisting with scheduling when necessary. There is an element of accounts where you will assist with invoice payments and chasing sales invoices as per directed.
If you have good communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work well under pressure and excellent attention to detail then this could be the role for you.
