Are you a Commercial Manager in an Estate Agency looking to take the next step to be the Head Of Commercial? Are you focused on growth as well as have the ability to manage a team?
Our client is looking for a very highly motivated Head of Commercial to join their very successful suite of Estate Agency offices. Being RICS qualified would be very helpful for this role.
As a Head of Commercial, you will need to:
- To head up business development for the East London to Hertford Commercial Department.
- To generate, manage and maintain a database of key clients and applicants across the region
- To drive sales and lettings activity from branch and remotely across the region
- To drive listings of commercial sales and lettings properties
- To plan and control Commercial marketing within the region and work within agreed budgets
- To prepare detailed business plans regarding any department investments to ensure that decisions are made based on profit
- To manage the Commercial sales/lettings pipeline and drive pipeline turn to target levels
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous sales or industry specific experience
- Be target driven and tenacious
- Be able to work effectively within a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence
