Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Support Manager for a 6 month contract based in Coventry. This role entails providing close, on-site client support in order to assist in the global roll-out program for a replacement online reporting and customer experience management platform to thousands of dealers in nearly 130 markets across the globe and in approx. 24 languages.
Key Activities:
• Manage communications with key stakeholders across the client organisation globally:
– Communicate on objectives and approach and provide progress updates
– Handle questions and provide clarifications
– Attend client meetings and represent the company on a day-to-day basis
• Produce project plans specific to client activities in relation to the roll-out, including:
– Training and document distribution
– Acceptance testing
– User Access
• Maintain list of end-users, user profiles and access rights
• Co-ordinate client training activities and collate feedback to feed in to training plans
• Liaise with Project Manager to ensure activities are co-ordinated and progress is transparent
Technical skills required:
• Experience of online reporting platforms and their application within client organisations.
• Some experience in Change Management Practices
• Effective communications and co-ordination skills
• Project management experience
