Title: Client Advisor

Salary: £18,500 - £30,000 OTE

Benefits: Parking, 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Our client is searching for a candidate to fill a Careers Adviser position at a fantastic fitness company! It is a position in a small energetic team where you will be required to advise, promote and sell the benefits of enrolling within the company to prospective students.

The position will involve making calls to and taking incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, providing them with information on our products and services in order to persuade them to make a purchase.

It is an exiting sales position to actively promote course dates and ensure customers are booked onto dates.

Job Description

  • Generate and recieve calls from new and existing customers, informing them about our products and services in order to secure a purchase
  • Actively promote course dates and ensure customers are booked onto dates that are suitable to fit their payment plans
  • Log each call on the system and keep organised records
  • Hold face-to-face meetings with customers as and when required
  • Respond to internal and external emails swiftly, accurately and in a professional manner
  • Ensure sales targets set are achieved
  • Sell ethically at all times and up-sell at any given opportunity
  • Process bookings and ensure enrolment forms are accurate
  • Handle calls for other team members when required such as busy periods
  • Chase enrolment forms and deposits when necessary to confirm verbal bookings
  • Keep the Sales Supervisor informed of the progress of all aspects of your work through regular reports and meetings
  • Seek ways of reducing costs and minimising expenditure

Person / Experience Required

  • Enjoys working in sales
  • Strong prior inbound and outbound calls experience
  • Thrives on activity and enjoys working in an energetic environment
  • Good communication skills and works well within a team
  • Punctual and flexible
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate with prospective and existing customers effectively and efficiently
