Due to significant increase in workloads, they are currently seeking to recruit an Electrical Engineer to join an existing team in Leicester. With its 230 strong workforce is one of the UK's leading independent multi professional design partnerships. They provide a comprehensive range of Architectural, Engineering, and Construction management services, their project history includes retail, health, education, industry, central and local government, leisure and private and commercial developments.

 

The Candidate:

This ideal candidate should be a Chartered Electrical Engineer (ideally a member of the IET or CIBSE) preferably from a Design Consultant/ Contractor background. This is a specialist role with the company and therefore they are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of electrical distribution systems at 11,000 and 415 volts, standby generator, UPS installations and DNO interfacing. Someone with experience of industrial electrical engineering in the process sector is desirable along with an experienced user of Amtech design software including Protect HV and PowerNet module
