Are you a skilled business intelligence analyst with significant data management experience? Do you have a thorough knowledge of Salesforce and an understanding of API integrations? Are you an excellent communicator at all levels?
In this full-time role at a web-based software company in Kingston, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Effectively managing their data, including collection, storage and integration
- Developing the use of data to drive business performance
- Leading on the development of tools, processes and systems that enable world class decision support solutions
- Developing solutions for data input and data integration, alongside analysis and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will have a thorough knowledge of Salesforce, an understanding of API integrations and experience of reporting tools such as Tableau and data warehousing software. You will come from a systems or analytics background with significant data experience. Knowledge of a programming language and an understanding of SQL would be advantageous. You will need to demonstrate rigorous attention to detail, strong powers of analysis and solid numeracy.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
