Job Description

A fast growing software sales company in Leeds are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join their dynamic Business Development team.  You will be responsible for generating new business, as well as renewing expiring accounts and growing existing clients through upselling and cross selling products and services.  There is an excellent base salary on offer with a realistic OTE of 100% increase on earnings in way of commission.

Day to day, the New Business Development Manager will be expected to:

  • Generate new business, through contacting prospective customers and taking a consultative approach
  • Hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Build long term, sustainable relationships with customers across the UK
  • Work to KPI's and Targets
  • Update CRM system with credible sales information

All prospective candidates must have the following skills & experience

  • 2 years B2B Sales experience
  • Business Development Manager experience
  • Account Manager experience
  • Track record of success with strong P60 to back up financial performance
  • Must be ambitious and driven in character
  • Resilient personality
  • Display a tireless work ethic
  • Relationship building skills
