We are recruiting for x 2 Business Development Executive for our client operating in the industrial and manufacturing repairs industry. Fantastic growing company.
The ideal Business development Executive will have experience in:
- Meeting and exceeding targets and KPI’s for outbound calls and cold calling new client and warm calls
- Digital marketing and e-marketing campaigns (e-flyers, e-newsletters,)
- CRM’s, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Identifying leads and researching leads
- Cold calling, up selling and cross selling
- Objection handling and closing the deal over the phone
- Market research and customer questionnaires
- Creative writing, and writing and proofreading copy
The ideal Business Development Executive candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar position, excellent oral and written skills and business awareness (degree, HND or similar professional business qualification is desirable).
IT literacy is essential, including email, Word, spreadsheets, databases, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Training will be given in specific areas, where necessary, to the right candidate.
The package for the Business Development Executive:
22-25K + bonus
Commission structure Bronze, silver , gold (upto £500 for gold)
The hours of work are 8am - 9am start and finish 4.30 - 5.30pm flexi time available
Full time but may consider 4 days may be considered
Due to location, own transport is required.
