Job Description

PERMANENT POSITION
REF 1103/2 - WINCHESTER 


Our client based in Winchester is a well respected consultancy in Construction, property and civil engineering is looking to add to their team.  They are looking for a Senior Level Building Surveyor. 

Our client offers a wide range of services from project management, quantity surveying and building surveying through to the resolution of construction claims. 

To be considered for this role you must be a an experienced Building Surveyor and experience in some of the following:

Preparation of defects reports
Preparation of schedules of work and specification writing
Dilapidations
Party Wall
CDM
Contract Administration

In addition, you must be a good team player, have excellent customer facing skills and be able to manage and direct junior members of the team.

Salary would be negotiable depending on experience and ability to create new pipeline opportunities. A key part of the role will be to build and develop the Building Surveying part of the company as this will be a new area for our client.
