Notting Hill
2 minutes from Tube Station

We are looking for a Finance and Logistics Exec to work in our small Notting Hill based team to start ASAP.
You must demonstrate the following:
Bookkeeping certification
An understanding of or experience in a retail industry, working with incoming/outgoing products and inventory management.
Ideally will have experience in a retail/product based environment.
Must be Mac proficient and competent with using Microsoft Excel & Word (Understanding of VLook ups, Filters, pivot tables ideally.)
Strong Organisational and time management skills
An eye for detail
Quickbooks software proficiency - 
Must have at least 1 year Quickbooks or Sage experience
Must be Mac proficient and competent with using Microsoft Excel & Word (Understanding of VLook ups, Filters, pivot tables ideally.)
Be used to working within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent telephone manner & ability to maintain and build on key customer relationships
Have knowledge and awareness of INCO shipping terms an asset.
Be an Apple user preferably, for better understanding of our market
Ability to self-manage and get daily tasks done
Team Player attitude is a MUST.

Our client is a UK based Accessory Brand in the Apple Market and we work in a small start-up team environment. We design premium accessories for iPad and iPhone, and we sell online as well as in retail stores.
We are in need of a Finance and Logistics Exec to manage the day-to-day order processing, invoicing, and oversight of our incoming and outgoing shipments.
You will be working with our logistics warehouse and our customers to ensure stock is managed and orders are processed, shipped and invoiced in a timely manner. From the Sales order process through to shipping, and invoicing, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of orders to our customers (online and offline). In addition to that, you will be responsible much of the general office admin, keeping filing and book keeping up to date as well as chasing accounts and ensuring all paperwork is submitted to ensure customers pay in a timely manner.

General Duties include:
Office Admin:
Sending & Receiving Parcels, arranging Couriers
Maintain up to date and organized digital and paper filing systems
Ensuring monthly direct debit bills are downloaded/digitally filed/ entered.
Keeping Office supplies topped up

Finance Admin Responsibilities:
Keeping Customer and Suppliers details, Product details, Backups, Data Corrections and Price Lists up to date.
Daily Processing of Incoming Sales Orders & Invoicing Shipments
Sending weekly Statements & Receiving Customer payments
Raising Purchase Orders & Receiving stock/inventory from suppliers.
Entering supplier Invoices/ Locating supplier invoices if due and not on hand,
Issuing RMA#s and Credit Notes on QuickBooks for returned stock;
Bank Reconciliation across 3-4 different accounts & credit cards;
Detailing and posting incoming foreign exchange payments
Reconciling any discrepancies in payments, short payments, short/over deliveries etc. and following through to resolution.

Order Processing:
You will be working closely with our off-site warehouse and warehouse account manager to efficiently manage incoming and existing stock, to ensure there is sufficient quantity available to web and trade customers when sales orders come in, doing daily/weekly stock movements to cover stock needs, and troubleshooting stock allocation/inventory queries.
You will be managing all Incoming Purchase Orders, Raising Sales Orders on QB and checking availability and then issuing them to the warehouse for dispatch.
