An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a technology company at its office in Windsor. This firm provides technological solutions to a wide range of clients from SMEs to corporates.
Applicants should have previous experience of proving a full bookkeeping service within a busy company, as part of a small finance team, and be confident in all aspects of bookkeeping.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Bookkeeper will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing day to day, monthly and quarterly accounts
- Processing bookkeeping and accounts to trial balance
- Purchasing and supplier invoice reconciliation
- Liaising with clients and clients’ customers and suppliers
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Other duties may from time to time become necessary
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Extensive bookkeeping experience
- Sage and Excel experience is essential
- Good communication skills
- An ability to work quickly and accurately
- An ability to work to deadlines
